| Obverse description | Central device features a large trident (trishula) depicted in high relief, flanked by decorative floral or foliate elements within the field. The Devanagari legend reading Sri Tribhuvana Vir Vikram Shah Dev encircles the central design along the periphery. The date in Vikram Samvat numerals appears in the lower portion of the field beneath the trident.
