| Opis rewersu | Central large denomination mark K (Greek numeral for 20) dominates the reverse field, denoting the value of 20 nummi. To the left of the K stands a long cross. The letters T and H appear above the cross arm, while Є and Ч are placed below, together forming the mint signature THЄЧOP(olis) for Theopolis (Antioch). An officina letter appears to the right of the K, identifying the issuing workshop. The design is spare and functional, consistent with Byzantine fractional copper coinage of the Justinianic reform period. |
