A continuous Latin legend commences at approximately one o'clock and encircles the effigy. The portrait is rendered in the refined neoclassical style typical of late 18th-century Habsburg coinage. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Crowned double-headed imperial eagle displayed, bearing on its breast an escutcheon with the quartered arms of Austria and Lorraine. Below the eagle, the denomination numeral 20 appears within a rectangular cartouche or frame, flanked by laurel and palm branches. The mintmaster's initials are divided by the eagle's tail feathers in the lower field. The date and additional mint officer initials appear within the reverse legend. |
