| Obverse description | Printed on a grey wave-pattern guilloche underprint, the obverse carries the bold letterpress heading «KASSENSCHEIN DER STADTGEMEINDE WIEN ÜBER» across the top, flanking a central dark circular vignette bearing the numeral «20» between the denomination inscriptions «·HELLER 20 HELLER·». The lower portion bears a three-line liability clause dated «WIEN, AM 4. OKT. 1919», with four manuscript signature lines at the foot identifying the Bürgermeister, Vize-Bürgermeister, and Stadtrat. |
