| Obverse description | The obverse presents a bold, modernist typographic design in which the large numeral '20' dominates the central field. Radiating outward from the numeral in a striking sunburst arrangement, the circular legend 'REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH' is rendered in large, block capital letters separated by raised dots, wrapping around the full circumference of the coin.
