Reverse description The reverse presents a gilt bust of Sant'Agata (Saint Agatha), the patron saint of San Marino, rendered in a classical sculptural style facing slightly to the left, her hair arranged in an antique manner. The bust rests on a pedestal inscribed S. AGATA, faithfully reproducing a historic devotional sculpture. The denomination 20 EURO appears in the lower field beneath the pedestal, while the legend TESORI SAMMARINESI arcs along the upper periphery. The mint mark R for Rome and the date 2010 flank the bust in the field, with the engraver's signature A. MASINI to the lower right.
