| Reverse description | The reverse features a large Polish Scout cross (harcerski krzyż) rendered in relief and occupying the majority of the field, with a circular medallion at its center bearing a fleur-de-lis — the universal scouting symbol — set against a radiate background. The scout motto 'CZUWAJ' ('Be Prepared') is inscribed across the arms of the cross, split as 'CZU' on the left arm and 'WAJ' on the right. An oak and laurel wreath interlaced with scouting symbols, including additional fleurs-de-lis, adorns the lower portion of the cross. The circular legend 100.
