| Obverse description | The crowned Polish imperial eagle with wings spread occupies the central field, facing left in the traditional heraldic style of the Third Polish Republic. The circular legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA arcs along the upper periphery, while the date 2011 is split to either side of the eagle's body, with '20' to the lower left and '11' to the lower right. The denomination '2 ZŁ' appears in the lower field, flanked by the abbreviations 'ZŁ' to each side of the numeral. Decorative dot clusters punctuate the inner border at regular intervals. |
