| Obverse description | Bare-headed effigy of King Oscar I facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed naturalistic hair swept back in wavy locks. The portrait, characteristic of the so-called 'small head' variety, is positioned centrally in the field with the truncation at the base of the neck. A continuous Latin legend encircles the effigy along the rim, reading from lower left to upper right. The engraving exhibits the refined neoclassical style typical of mid-19th-century Swedish coinage. |

| Obverse lettering | OSCAR SVERIGES NORR.GÖTH.O.VEND.KONUNG. (Translation: Oscar King of Sweden, Norway, the Goths and the Wends) |
| Reverse description | Central design features the denomination '2 SKILLING BANCO' and the date, divided vertically by a pair of crossed arrows — the traditional Swedish royal symbol — all enclosed within a wreath composed of oak branches tied at the base. The date appears below the denomination within the wreath. The overall composition is symmetrical and characteristic of Swedish copper coinage of the Riksdaler banco period. |
