Obverse description Bare-headed effigy of King Oscar I facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed curly hair and side whiskers. The truncation of the bust is plain and unadorned. The portrait is contained within a beaded inner border, with the royal legend arranged in a continuous arc around the periphery of the field.
