正面描述	Black letterpress on green underprint, with ornamental guilloche border framing the central text. Denomination numeral '2' appears in each upper corner and at centre within the guilloche. A circular violet handstamp of the Kriegs-Gefangenenlager Münster i. W. Bank-Abteilung (Banking Department) is applied at lower left. Small Imperial eagle vignettes flank the place-name at foot.
