Obverse description Armored half-length bust of King Christian V facing right, depicted in elaborate full plate armor with a bow-tied cravat and an ornate, flowing curled wig — distinctive features unique to this issue and the related 4 Mark type, collectively known as the 'Bondedreng' portrait. The king wears a baldric (bend) adorned with the pendant badge of the Order of the Elephant. The legend encircles the effigy within the border of the coin.
