Reverse description A large floriated Gothic cross occupies the central field, its four arms elaborately decorated with foliate and fleur-de-lis terminals, the whole design exhibiting characteristic late-medieval decorative craftsmanship. The cross is contained within a raised beaded circle. The circumferential legend, separated by stops, names the issuing bishop and runs around the outer margin of the coin.
