The inner design is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, beyond which a partially preserved uncial Gothic legend in Latin references the lordship of Anholt. The cross arms extend fully to the inner circle, with small decorative elements at the terminals. The flan shows irregular edges and slight metal flow consistent with hand-hammered production. |

The "Thuyne" designation likely references a toll or jurisdictional point rather than a mint location proper — a common ambiguity in Guelders-adjacent issues of this period that has made attribution contentious for over a century.
Van der Chijs remains the foundational reference for Dutch lordship coinage of this type, and the 3#8.1 classification places this squarely among the rarest documented subgroups in the Anholt series.
