| 背面描述 | A highly detailed depiction of a leaping Pacific swordfish (marlin) rendered in selective gold gilding, shown in dynamic profile as it breaches the ocean surface amid crashing waves and sea spray. The left portion of the field features a textured coral reef motif in matte silver relief, contrasting with the polished mirror field of the open sea on the right. The legend PACIFIC SWORDFISH arcs along the upper portion of the field, while the inscription FINE SILVER .999 1oz appears in small lettering at the lower center near the exergual area. The combination of gilded and frosted proof surfaces creates a striking two-tone presentation. |

Fiji's bullion and commemorative silver program expanded sharply in the early 2010s as the Reserve Bank leveraged international collector demand following the 2006 military coup and subsequent political isolation — foreign exchange from numismatic exports remained one of the few uncontroversial revenue streams during that period. These issues were produced under contract by overseas mints, as Fiji has no domestic striking facility.
