| Obverse description | Diademed effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, positioned at the top of the field above the central aperture, flanked by decorative winged motifs in relief. The field is articulated with concentric grooved rings framing the central hole, which contains a 24-carat gold-plated stainless steel insert depicting a tic-tac-toe (noughts and crosses) grid with movable cube-shaped tiles marked with X and O on three vertical rods. A wheel or asterisk-type ornament appears at the base below the aperture.
