Palau's Ten Commandments series, issued across multiple years in the early 2010s, was produced under the country's longstanding arrangement with the Coin Invest Trust of Liechtenstein, which has managed the design and distribution of Palauan collector issues since the 1990s. Palau itself has no domestic mint and maintains the US dollar as its currency, making these pieces purely numismatic products with no circulation role whatsoever.
