| Opis awersu | Central field features a finely rendered depiction of a traditional Anatolian metalwork artifact: two symmetrical mythological creatures with feline or draconic bodies, their tails intertwined to form a heart-shaped composition, flanking a central anthropomorphic mask or deity figure. Turkey's "Metal Art" series was part of a broader push by the Turkish State Mint in the early 2000s to produce collector-oriented silver issues before the sweeping redenomination of 2005, which replaced the lira at a rate of one million to one and effectively erased denominations like this from the monetary system entirely. The face value of 15,000,000 lira, nominal at issue, became 15 new lira overnight.
