| 备注 |
The Russian Provisional Government had already ceased to exist by the time notes bearing its name circulated in 1919. Printed and issued by White Army financial authorities during the Civil War, this 1000 Rouble note was essentially a legal fiction — invoking the Kerensky government's legitimacy long after the Bolsheviks had dissolved it. Different White factions issued notes under this same authority designation, creating overlapping circulation zones where the same nominal issuer meant entirely different things depending on which front you were standing behind.
Pick 42 is among the larger-format emissions of this series, printed on paper that frequently shows foxing and wave due to poor wartime storage conditions — a documented characteristic of the type, not individual abuse.
