| Obverse description | Cheque-format emergency issue with plain typeset layout on white paper. The upper portion carries the heading ЧЕКЪ / БІЙСКАГО ОТДѢЛЕНІЯ / ГОСУДАРСТВЕННАГО БАНКА in bold Cyrillic letterpress, with the denomination 1000.– printed to the right. The body text states the bearer obligation in pre-reform Russian orthography, with handwritten serial number В №561298, three manuscript signatures for Управляющий (Manager), Контролёр (Controller), and Кассир (Cashier), and a simple decorative border with ornamental corner devices. |

| Reverse description | Plain white paper reverse with a simple typeset rectangular border. A block of Cyrillic text in pre-reform orthography declares the note's validity within the city of Biysk and its district on a par with state monetary signs, and states it will be exchanged by the Biysk Branch of the State Bank for general state currency notes upon receipt from the Department of Credit Tickets of the State Bank. Additional faint manuscript and typeset notations appear at the lower portion. |
