Obverse description Right-facing bare-headed effigy of Prince Charles, Prince Regent of Belgium, rendered in high relief with strong portraiture detail. The truncation of the neck is cleanly cut. A circular Latin legend surrounds the effigy, reading from lower left upward and continuing around the full periphery of the field.
