| 裏面の説明 | The reverse presents a high-relief portrait of the Hungarian inventor Tivadar Puskás, depicted in three-quarter view holding an early telephone receiver to his ear, rendered within a recessed square cartouche at the centre of the flan. To the right of his figure, a period telephonic headset device is shown suspended, referencing his invention of the Telefon Hírmondó (telephone news herald). The surrounding border legend reads A TELEFON - HÍRMONDÓ along the top and left, FELTALÁLÓJA along the right, and PUSKÁS TIVADAR along the bottom. The engraver's monogram B is visible in the lower right corner of the inner cartouche. |
