| 备注 |
The Siberian Provisional Government operated under Admiral Kolchak's White movement, and by late 1919 his forces were collapsing rapidly under Red Army pressure. Notes like this one were printed in anticipation of a stable anti-Bolshevik state that never materialized. The "Provisional" designation was not administrative modesty — it reflected genuine uncertainty about whether any successor government would survive long enough to establish a permanent currency.
Kolchak was captured in January 1920 and executed in February. Notes bearing this series continued circulating in shrinking White-held territories through early 1920, often depreciating to near-worthlessness before Soviet control rendered them entirely void. Survivors tend to show heavy use from that frantic final circulation period.
