正面描述 Printed in blue-green on plain paper, the obverse is framed by a simple guilloche border with corner ornaments and column-like lateral vignettes bearing the denomination numeral '100'. The central text in pre-reform Cyrillic reads 'СТО РУБЛЕЙ' in large letters, followed by an inscription identifying this note as a token of the Sochi Treasury issued by the Committee for the Liberation of the Black Sea Coast. Below the central monogram, two manuscript signature lines appear alongside their titles, with the date '1920' and a serial number printed at the bottom.

背面描述 The reverse is printed in blue-green and enclosed within a decorative rectangular border with foliate corner ornaments and lateral panels bearing the numeral '100' in oval cartouches. A large central panel with a fine crosshatch guilloche underprint carries a pre-reform Cyrillic text affirming the note's equivalence with state credit bills. A lower register contains an anti-counterfeiting warning in Cyrillic, flanked by small monogram devices.

备注

The Committee for the Liberation of the Black Sea Coast was a short-lived anti-Bolshevik formation operating out of Sochi in early 1920, during the final chaotic months of White resistance in the Caucasus. This note belongs to one of the most obscure local emission authorities of the entire Russian Civil War period — a peasant militia treasury issuing paper scrip as the front collapsed around it.

The Pick listing as S541 places it firmly in the "South Russia" local issues category, a catch-all for dozens of emergency authorities that printed currency with no backing and often no future. Circulation radius was almost certainly limited to the immediate Sochi district.
