| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in red-orange tones on a pale guilloche underprint and centres on an intaglio vignette of the Casa de la Moneda (Mint), Siglo XVI, framed by ornate architectural borders. The bank title BANCO CENTRAL DE LA REPÚBLICA DOMINICANA runs along the top, with the denomination numeral 100 in large figures at each lateral corner and the inscription CIEN PESOS ORO in bold letterpress along the lower margin.
