正面描述	The obverse presents a dual architectural composition in the central field: the domes of St. Sophia's Cathedral in Kyiv are rendered in relief against a smooth background defined by the outline of St. George's Cathedral in Istanbul. The years 988 and 2019 flank the central dome, marking the millennium-long span of Ukrainian ecclesiastical history. Ukraine's small coat of arms (trident) appears in the lower portion of the field, accompanied by the denomination inscription УКРАЇНА / 100 / ГРИВЕНЬ.
