| Obverse description | The portrait of Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong XVI, His Majesty Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah, is featured at the centre of the coin. The words `AL-SULTAN ABDULLAH RI’AYATUDDIN AL-MUSTAFA BILLAH SHAH IBNI ALMARHUM SULTAN HAJI AHMAD SHAH AL-MUSTA’IN BILLAH` are inscribed along the circumference of the coin with the date of the installation depicted at the bottom of the portrait of His Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong XVI.
