| Reverse description | A large, fully colourised portrait bust of Queen Victoria faces left, rendered in naturalistic polychrome enamel-style printing. The Queen is depicted wearing a white widow's veil surmounted by a gilt and purple St Edward's Crown, and adorned with drop earrings and a floral necklace. The truncation of the bust is visible at the lower right of the field. To the left of the effigy, the name VICTORIA and her regnal dates 1837–1901 are inscribed vertically in the field against the uncoloured metallic background. A beaded border runs along the inner rim. |
