Obverse description Bare-headed, bearded right-facing effigy of King Oscar II, rendered in high relief with fine detail to the curled hair and full beard. The king's truncated bust is positioned centrally within the coin's field, with the engraver's initials 'L.A.' (Lea Ahlborn) incuse at the lower left of the truncation. A circular legend surrounds the effigy, separated from the dentilated border by a raised rim. The portrait reflects the refined neoclassical engraving style characteristic of the Stockholm Mint under Ahlborn.
