Reverse description The reverse depicts the Torre del Serravalle, one of the three famous medieval fortified towers of San Marino, rendered in fine detail at center showing its crenellated battlements, arched doorway at the base, and distinctive tapered stone construction. The denomination L. 10 is split across the field, with L. to the left and 10 to the right of the tower. The mint mark R appears to the lower right beneath the numeral. The date 1987 is inscribed along the lower periphery.
