Obverse description Printed in green on cream paper, the obverse is divided into two zones by a decorative scrollwork border with guilloche underprint: the left panel carries the denomination numeral '10' within a circular frame above the validity date 'Gültig bis 30. Dezemb 1920' and the anti-counterfeiting warning 'Nachahmung wird bestraft', with 'Heller' lettered at top. The right panel presents an oval vignette of a rural church with a prominent tower set among trees, rendered in a bold woodcut-like style. Above the vignette, the issuing legend 'Gutschein der Gemeinden Bubendorf, Meilersdorf u. Wolfsbach' is set in decorative Gothic script.

Reverse description The reverse, printed in green on cream paper, is contained within a rectangular border of repetitive geometric ornament and presents a predominantly typographic layout in Gothic script. The upper portion bears the title 'Gutschein' with the denomination '10 Heller' and the full issuer designation, followed by a block of text recording the joint council resolution of 1 April 1920; at lower left appear the facsimile signatures of the three Bürgermeisters beneath their respective municipality names. A tall narrow vignette of an armoured knight in relief style occupies the right margin, flanked by vertical inscriptions along the outer border.
