| Obverse description | The Armenian national coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting a double-headed eagle with spread wings supporting an escutcheon quartered with national symbols, including Mount Ararat, a lion, an eagle, and a sheaf of wheat, with a sword and a broken chain below.
