| 背面描述 | The reverse reproduces the obverse design of the original 1792 United States Half Dime, depicting a flowing-haired Liberty bust in left-facing profile, her hair loosely arranged in the Flowing Hair style characteristic of the early American coinage period. Along the upper periphery arcs the legend LIB · PAR · OF SCIENCE & INDUSTRY, referencing the provenance of the original dies from the Library, Patent Office, and Museum of Science and Industry. A small circular cartouche bearing the denomination mark V/10 appears to the lower left of the effigy. The lower legend reads 1/2 G .9999 FINEST GOLD flanking the date 1792, attesting to the coin's gold content and commemorating the year of the original issue. |
