| Obverse description | Highly detailed ultra-high relief depiction of the facade of a Dresden Baroque palace, rendered in antiqued finish with exceptional sculptural depth. The composition features ornate pilasters, balustrades, allegorical statuary, and elaborate cartouches surmounted by a royal coat of arms amid scrolling acanthus volutes. At the centre of the facade is an arched niche inset with a deep red Tiffany Art glass panel simulating a stained window. To the right, within an applied shield-shaped cartouche, appears the state arms of Palau accompanied by the legend REPUBLIC OF PALAU and the denomination 10 DOLLARS incused in the field below. |
