Reverse description Central field bearing a multi-line Persian nasta'liq inscription recording the mint name and date of issue, arranged in sweeping calligraphic strokes. The legend is accompanied by decorative floral and foliate ornaments with dot-cluster accents, consistent with Qajar hammered gold coinage of the Tabriz mint. The inscription occupies the majority of the flan, with subsidiary vegetal decoration filling the surrounding field. The irregular flan edges and characteristic tool marks are typical of hand-struck Qajar gold tumans of this period.
