Obverse description Right-facing draped bust of Archbishop Sigismund von Schrattenbach, attired in pontifical vestments including a mozetta and pectoral cross, with a biretta atop his curled wig. The portrait is rendered in high relief with finely engraved drapery details, characteristic of the accomplished Baroque medallic style of engraver Franz Matzenkopf, whose initials 'MK' appear in the lower field beneath the bust truncation. The circumferential Latin legend reads continuously around the effigy within a beaded border.
