Obverse description Draped bust of King Christian VII facing right, with powdered wig tied at the nape with a ribbon bow, rendered in the late Baroque portrait style. The effigy occupies the central field with fine engraving detail visible in the hair curls and drapery folds at the truncation. A circular legend surrounds the portrait, separated from the field by the coin's milled border.
