| Obverse description | Central shield bearing the Livonian Order's cross pattée, surmounted by a small crown, with the last two digits of the date (36) appearing above the shield within the field. The shield is rendered in a simple late-medieval style typical of Baltic hammered coinage. A circular beaded inner border frames the central device, with the peripheral legend running between the inner beading and the outer rim of the flan. |
