| Obverse description | Within a beaded inner circle, a stylized foliate branch flanked by small flower rosettes occupies the central field, with additional floral ornaments visible in the upper portion. The entire central device is enclosed within a beaded border, outside of which runs a Latin legend divided by pellet stops. The design is characteristic of the late medieval hammered coinage of the Baltic episcopal mints, executed in a bold, slightly irregular strike. |

| Reverse description | Within a beaded inner circle, a sword and a key are depicted crossed saltire-wise at the center of the field, the sword pointing to the right and the key oriented to the left and downward, serving as the heraldic symbols of the Bishopric of Dorpat. The crossed emblems are enclosed by a beaded border, with a Latin legend surrounding the device divided by pellet stops. Small trefoil or rosette ornaments appear as stops within the legend, consistent with the episcopal coinage style of the period. |
