Obverse description A three-quarter perspective view of the Austrian Parliament Building in Vienna, designed by architect Theophil Hansen in the Greek Revival style, occupies the central field. The neoclassical façade is rendered in fine detail, featuring a prominent Corinthian colonnade, a sculpted pediment adorned with figurative reliefs, and a broad ceremonial staircase at the base. To the left foreground, one of the building's characteristic equestrian statue groups is depicted on its plinth. The legend REPVBLIK OESTERREICH curves along the upper rim, flanked by ornamental stops, while the date 1924, separated by small stars, appears in the lower exergual area. The engraver's signature H. ZITA is inscribed within the legend.
