| Obverse description | Central field bears a multi-line Arabic legend in bold Naskh script, arranged within a square cartouche defined by incuse linear borders. The name and title of the prince, Muhammad Murad Bakhsh, are inscribed across the central registers. A secondary legend occupies the surrounding marginal band, with additional inscriptions filling the quarters of the square frame. The overall design is typical of Mughal hammered rupees, with the text dominating the entire flan and no figurative imagery. |

| Reverse description | Central field displays the Kalima Tayyiba in multi-line Arabic script within a square cartouche formed by raised linear borders, divided into registers by horizontal rules. The shahada declaration fills the central panels, while the marginal legend surrounding the square cartouche carries the mint name Ahmadabad and the regnal year. Pellet ornaments punctuate the field within the square, consistent with standard Mughal rupee reverse design of the period. |
