| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse displays the standard Mughal julus (accession) formula arranged in three horizontal registers divided by raised parallel lines. The upper register carries the opening phrase of the mint formula, the central register bears the prominent legend 'Al-Manus' (the Familiar, an epithet of Muhammad Shah), and the lower register records the mint name Kankurti (ضرب کانکرتے), indicating the place of striking. A small floral or foliate ornament is visible to the left of the central legend, consistent with Mughal mint-mark conventions. The calligraphy is executed in bold Naskh script typical of Mughal provincial coinage. |
