| Reverse description | The reverse presents a three-line Persian legend in Nasta'liq script similarly divided by a horizontal band across the field. The upper segment bears the formula 'Sana Jalus' (Year of Accession), while the central band displays the regnal year, and the lower register carries the mint name 'Ahmadabad' together with additional dating elements. Decorative pellet ornaments appear to the left of the central band. The bold calligraphic style is consistent with Mughal hammered coinage of the period, the mint name clearly legible in the lower portion of the flan. |
