| Reverse description | The reverse displays a multi-line Arabic legend in bold Nasta'liq calligraphy arranged in horizontal registers across the field, giving the emperor's full regnal title and the mint-date formula. The central inscription reads 'Nur al-Din Muhammad Jahangir Badshah Ghazi', identifying the ruling Mughal emperor. Below, the mint name 'Zarb Lahore' (struck at Lahore) appears alongside the Hijri regnal year.
