| Obverse description | At centre, the State Emblem of the Russian Federation — a double-headed eagle displayed, crowned with three imperial crowns, holding an orb and sceptre, with a shield bearing an equestrian St. George on its breast — rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The Cyrillic legend РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ curves along the upper periphery, with two decorative square ornaments flanking the eagle at mid-field. Below the eagle, the fineness mark Ag 925 appears to the left and the silver weight 7,78 with the Saint Petersburg Mint privy mark to the right. The denomination БАНК РОССИИ / 1 РУБЛЬ and the date 2020 г. are inscribed in the lower field. |
