背面描述 Central field bearing a multi-line Arabic mint and date inscription in bold calligraphic script, reading 'Zarb Dar al-Saltana Isfahan' (Struck in the Seat of the Sultanate, Isfahan), with the AH regnal year '١٢۵۵' (1255) placed below. The flowing nasta'liq script fills the flan in a characteristic Qajar hammered style, with individual letter strokes overlapping decoratively. The field is plain with no additional ornamental devices. A beaded border encircles the design along the rim. The inscription identifies both the mint city of Isfahan and the date of issue in accordance with standard Qajar monetary practice.

附加信息

The Qajar monetary system of this period was chronically unstable — provincial mints operated with considerable autonomy, and Isfahan's output frequently diverged from Tehran in both fineness and weight standard. Mohammad Shah's reign saw repeated attempts to regularize coinage across the empire, largely unsuccessful. Isfahan remained one of the more productive provincial mints but was also among the least consistent, making die-matched pairs from this type genuinely difficult to assemble.
