| Opis awersu | The obverse field is filled with a multi-line Arabic-script legend in bold Nastaliq calligraphy, divided horizontally by a raised straight line into two registers. The upper register bears the royal epithet and the lower register continues the royal titles of Fath Ali Shah. The field is adorned with small dot ornaments scattered throughout, and the entire design is contained within a plain raised rim. The inscription reads: 'Sekke-ye Fath Ali Shah Khosrow Sahebqeran', identifying the shah as the lord of the auspicious conjunction. |

| Opis rewersu | The reverse displays a bold Nastaliq calligraphic legend filling the entire field, naming the mint city of Tuysirkan and the Hijri date 1241. Decorative floral and foliate vine motifs intertwine gracefully among the inscription, a characteristic artistic feature of Qajar provincial coinage. The legend is enclosed within a prominent inner border of large raised beads, which in turn is surrounded by an outer raised rim. The AH date 1241 appears prominently at the base of the design within the beaded border. |
