| Reverse description | A seated figure of a physician rendered in ancient Egyptian artistic style occupies the central field, facing left and holding an upright staff. To the left of the figure, a crescent and bowl emblem — symbol of the medical profession — is displayed above a stepped plinth. In the upper field, an architectural element resembling a mihrab or gateway is depicted, flanked by the Arabic inscription 'من أجل بناء قصر العيني' (For the construction of Qasr Al-Ainy).
