| 裏面の説明 | The heraldic shield of the Parish of St. Peter, displaying two crossed keys in saltire — the traditional emblem of Saint Peter the Apostle — occupies the central field. The inscription PARISH OF arcs above the shield, with ST. PETER appearing below it. The surrounding legend BAILIWICK OF JERSEY arcs along the upper periphery, while ONE POUND is inscribed along the lower arc, all separated by small raised dots and enclosed within a beaded border. |

Jersey issued this pound as part of a parish series marking the island's twelve parishes, each tied to its patron saint. St. Peter's parish sits in the southwest of the island and takes its name from the church that has served the community since the medieval period. The .925 silver version was struck alongside a base-metal circulating issue — the silver produced specifically for collector sale rather than any monetary function.
