| Beschrijving keerzijde | Uniface bracteate; the reverse presents the incuse mirror image of the obverse design, with the gothic letter W and titulus visible in relief as an impression from the obverse strike. No independent design, legend, or mintmark appears on the reverse, consistent with standard bracteate coinage practice of medieval Scandinavia. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Visby functioned as one of the dominant Hanseatic entrepôts of the Baltic, and the city's mint operated with a degree of autonomy that reflected its commercial weight rather than any straightforward feudal hierarchy. The penning series attributed to this period spans nearly 170 years of intermittent striking, which accounts for the considerable variation in fabric and module seen across surviving specimens. The "line above" designation in Hauberg's classification distinguishes this die variety from closely related types within the same sequence.
